I attach Neurok Hoversail to my Student of Elements. It has flying thereby triggering the flip ability. Now it is Tobita, Master of Winds. What happens to my Neurok Hoversail? Is it now attached to Tobita, does it become nonexistent along with the Student, or does it unattach?

Flipped/unflipped status is just that - a status condition. Just like tapped/untapped and face down/face up. The flipped Studen of Elements is the same card as Tobita, it just looks different. The Hoversail remains attached.

Okay good, because i wanted to make extra extra sure that Tobita would have flying.

Whether the Hoversail is still attached or not, Tobita gives all creatures you control flying.
