Angel's Herald Sacrifice a green creature, a white creature, and a blue creature faq
Angel's Herald has ability:
2w, T: Sacrifice a green creature, a white creature, and a blue creature: Search your library for a card named Empyrial Archangel and put it onto the battlefield. Then shuffle your library. can the white creature be Angel's Herald itself?

Sure. It's a white creature and there's nothing specifying that it can't be sacrificed to its own ability.
And before it comes up, no, you can't sacrifice just a single white, blue and green creature. You need three separate sacrifices.
