If I remove a creature from play with parallax wave, does it have summoning sickness when it comes back?

Any creature that you haven't controlled since the beginning of your turn has summoning sickness unless it has haste.

What if the creature was under your control for beginning of turn, but then leaves and comes back the same turn?

It doesn't remember that you controlled it since beginning of turn, so it has summoning sickness unless it has haste.

maybe they should make it that if its a human then it remembers it was under your control and can attack and if its a monster then it doesnt
