    First of all, don't use all caps. It doesn't get anyone's attention any faster and is just annoying.

    Second of all, no, only the defending player can block.
    Fluttershy is best pony.

    The fact is that if there are people around who can answer, they will. If there aren't, they won't. Typing in all caps is pointless and annoying. Don't do it.
