    Clone only copies the original creature you choose. If you clone a Llanowar Elves with 50 +1/+1 counters and a Verdant Embrace, you still only get the original Llanowar Elves.

    I think this question was asked about 30 minutes prior to you post as well... Not to be mean, but you may want to browse the forums a little before you ask you questions to see if it has been asked before.

    And Void Elemental is correct. You only copy what is printed on the permanent. Nothing else.

    This question or some minor variation of it has been asked so many times since the reprint, it's unbelievable.
