    Default indestructibility rules explained in magic the gathereing

    can someone explain exactly how indestructible works?

    Indestructible creatures cannot be destroyed, this includes damage and destroy affects. However, they can die by their toughness being reduced to 0 or below via negatives... like -1/-1 counters, or "target creature gets -3/-3 until end of turn."

    Indestructible creatures CAN be exiled.
