    can you use isochron scepter while silenced?

    also can you imprint silence on isochron scepter?

    You can activate the Scepter while under Silence, yes. However, when the ability resolves and tells you to play the copy, Silence says "Nope", and nothing happens. So...yeah.

    Silence, being an instant with converted mana cost 2 or less, is perfectly legal to imprint on Scepter.
