    Default Temur Ascendancy and Primal Forcemage

    would a 1/1 creature entering the battlefield trigger Temur Ascendancy if I also have Primal Forcemage?

    No. Temur Ascendancy only triggers if the creature has 4 power upon entering, not if it enters with less and then becomes 4.
