    Default Mangara of Corondor and momentary blink

    Can I exile a creature with Mangara of Corondor then immediately use Momentary Blink on the Mangara of Corondor so that the Mangara of Corondor ends up staying on battlefield?

    Yes. Exiling Mangara is part of the effect, not the cost, so it can be responded to. When the ability resolves, it sees that Mangara is no longer around to be exiled, so it does as much as it can - exile the other thing.
    Fluttershy is best pony.
