Enchantress's Presence and Deadbridge Chant

If I've got Enchantress's Presence on the battlefield and I cast Deadbridge Chant, do I draw a card first or put 10 cards in graveyard first?

You draw a card first.

Enchantress's Presence triggers on you casting an enchantment spell. Deadbridge Chant triggers on it entering the battlefield, which happens after it's cast and resolves.

Has nothing to do with it. Here's what happens - you cast Deadbridge Chant, causing Enchantress's Presence to trigger. Presence is on the stack on top of Chant. Presence resolves and you draw a card. Then Chant resolves and enters the battlefield, triggering its own ability. When it resolves, you mill ten.
