Virulent Wound

Virulent wound on target 1/1 creature, that creature dies, its controller gets a poison counter.
Its brought back from graveyard the same turn & killed again (in the same turn, from a lightning bolt). Does its controller get another poison counter?

No. Once it leaves the battlefield, it's considered a brand new creature, unrelated to its previous existence. The effect from Virulent Wound is no longer tracking it.
