    because it talks about green creatures and white creatures but doesnt really specify what to do with green/white or white/green creature?

    Flash of Defiance affects all creatures that are green, white or both. That means it would work on White/Blue, White/Black, Red/White, Green/White, Green/Blue, Black/Green and Red/Green creatures.

    Remember, a multicolour creature is always all of its colours.
