Yes, you can, as "Wall" is a creature type. However, you should know that no creature types have any special rules associated with them, and walls are no exception.

Most Walls have the Defender keyword, which is why they cannot be declared as attackers.

If Mistform Mask is used to change a creature's type to Wall, that creature will still be able to attack (unless it has Defender naturally, of course).
