Yeah, it's kind of important to note that the only limit to the maximum amount of cards you can have in your deck is that you must be able to shuffle the deck without help.

How is what fair? Try actually building a deck revolving around Battle of Wits, play it for a while, and then tell us just how unfair it is. Because bigger isn't always better, and you'll find that a deck with 200+ cards in it does not run smoothly -- and certainly won't be more consistent than a 60-card deck for what should be obvious reasons.

The bigger your deck, the less consistent it is. Basic logic.

I mean i though deck was supposed to be 60 cards so thats why I always had to leave some of my creatures out but if I can put them all in wouldn't it be too powerful?

How would it be? More creatures does not mean better, as I said: The bigger your deck, the less consistent it is. That means that when you have more cards in your deck, the less likely you are to draw specific cards. Magic is a game of quality over quantity when it comes to deck building.
