If I cast earthquake and it kills both players, which player loses?

If you both hit 0 life at the same time, the game is a draw.

Keep in mind that all of the Earthquake's damage is dealt at the same time, it's not dealt 1 at a time until someone hits 0 life. If you're on 3 and your opponent is on 6 and you cast an Earthquake for 8, then at the end of it, you'll be on -5, your opponent will be on -2, and the game is a draw.
