No. Creatures with shroud can't be targeted by anything.

Do note, however, that an ability only targets if it actually uses the word "target" in its text.

For example, none of Morphling's abilities target. So, even if you use Morphling's ability to give itself shroud, you can still activate its other abilities and they'll resolve just fine.

Maybe, but Magic doesn't run on flavour. Otherwise a [card]Birds of Paradise[/card] wouldn't be able to be equipped with [card]Sword of Kaldra[/card].
