    Of course you can. As long as the permanent is red and/or black it's a legal target.

    To put it simply, a card that is red and blue (Hypersonic Dragon) is not purple, it's both red and blue.

    It doesn't matter how many other colours a permanent has. As long as at least one of those colours is red or black, it can be hit by Celestial Purge. Corpsejack Menace, Hypersonic Dragon, Rakdos the Defiler, Golgari Longlegs, Sliver Overlord, and Corpseborn Horror can all be hit by Celestial Purge.
