Default mtg can you shuffle morphed cards on the board

Am I allowed to shuffle around the positions of my face down morph cards on the battlefield?

No. It has to be clear at all times which morph is which.

Think about it, if one has a counter on it and another doesn't, but you have no markers on them, then you just confused your opponent and maybe yourself.

Yeah, you're not allowed to do that. It has to be clear at all times which order the morphs came into play in, as well as which ones your opponent has looked at (through things like Spy Network).

That's what people call cheating. I'm upset any player would want to do mislead their opponent in such a way.

We're talking about creatures that exist on the battlefield. Only you can see your morphed creatures, but your opponent has to know which morphed card is which.

The difference is that each creature on the battlefield is its own separate entity. If your opponent has looked at two face-down creatures and you attack with them, the knowledge of what those creatures are could change how your opponent responds to that attack. Which ones they want to block, how they want to block, what combat tricks they want to use. But there's no time where the order of the cards in your hand will matter.

Depends on the format you're playing. If you're playing in a format where there are cards that care about graveyard order, you have to keep the cards in the right order at all times. Otherwise, you're free to shuffle it around however you want.

Remember that the graveyard is a public zone that anyone can look through at any time, though.

Regular format? What's that supposed to mean? There are several competitive formats.

I guessing you mean casual, no particular format.

If someone uses cards that care about graveyard order, then don't shuffle them around. Otherwise it should be fine.
