    Default Ethereal Armor card does it give counters?

    Ethereal Armor

    says:

    "Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 for each enchantment you control and has first strike."

    does it mean it gets +1/+1 counters or just a bonus without the counters?

    if it was meant to give counters, it would say so
