Do plainswalkers get summoning sickness of their first turn out?

Oh, you mean planeswalkers.

In which case...well, a good way to remember this is that all permanents have summoning sickness, but only creatures are affected by it. Since planeswalkers aren't creatures, summoning sickness doesn't affect them. Besides which, summoning sickness only affects attacking and activated abilities that include the tap/untap symbol, neither of which matter much to planeswalkers.
