    Default Skirsdag High Priest questions morbid summoning sickness activate ability

    1) if creature died this turn, can you activate ability of Skirsdag High Priest even if it has summoning sickness

    2) if no creature died this turn, can you activate ability of Skirsdag High Priest in response to itself dieing?
