if a creature takes lethal with exalted at end of turn does it die?

Say a 2/2 creature with exalted attacks alone, and is blocked with by another creature with 2 power

So now the exalted creature has 2 damage marked on it, but because of exalted it is actually a 3/3 so its not dead.

does it die in the end of turn when exalted wears off, or will the damage get cleared before that (like during the cleanup phase or something) and the creature survives?

Damage wears off at the same time as "until end of turn" effects, so the creature will survive.
