Yes. Tokens behave just like regular creatures in every way (except they cease to exist when they leave the battlefield).

sorry should have clarified - I meant do they have summoning sickness because they were put into the battlefield rather than cast?

Summoning sickness doesn't care about whether or not a creature was cast. All it cares about is how long you've controlled it. You haven't controlled the tokens since the start of your turn, therefore they are affected by summoning sickness.
