    Default mtg when i take control of a creature do i get its come into play

    when i take control of a creature like with mind control and act of treason do i get its come into battlefield ability?

    No. It's not entering the battlefield, just changing controllers.

    No, it's not. There's no such thing as "your side of the battlefield" and "your opponent's side of the battlefield."

    There's ONE zone known as the battlefield, and it contains objects under various players' control.

    So, as Arix said, a creature that switches control from one player to another is not entering the battlefield in any way, shape, or form. Something is only considered to "enter the battlefield" if it was previously in any other zone (hand, the stack, graveyard, etc.), and is then placed on the battlefield.
