if you mind control a creature that is soulbond to another creature, do you get to use its soulbond ability?

When you steal the soulbond creature, the pair it may have will break as that player no longer controls both creatures. You can't pair the soulbond creature right as you steal it. It can only be paired by either it or another creature entering the battlefield.
