If you cast Tidehollow Sculler and your opponent reveals his hand and you choose a card and remove it from the game.

Then you Path to Exile your own Tidehollow the opponent will get his card back because Tidehollow is leaving play and as it says when it leaves play you return the card to their hand.

Actually, it is possible to do this with a little stack manipulation.

What you do is that you play your Tidehollow Sculler and put its comes-into-play ability on the stack, but don't let it resolve. In response, you Path it. Once that resolves, its leaves-play ability triggers (note that its comes-into-play ability still hasn't resolved). Its leaves-play ability will resolve, returning the exiled card - but since nothing has been exiled yet, nothing gets returned. Then, finally, its comes-into-play ability resolves, letting you exile a card from your opponent's hand. Forever.
