Does elvish champion get +1/+1 and forstwalk?

Does elvish champion get the +1/+1 and forestwalk? Because the card I have says "All elves get +1/+1 and have forestwalk" while the card on gatherer says OTHER elf creatures get +1/+1 and have forestwalk

so what gives

I told this story to another user, except with Zombie Master instead of Elvish Champion.

The thing is, Elvish Champion wasn't originally an Elf. because of that, there was no need for it to specify "other" Elves, since it wasn't an Elf itself and didn't give itself the bonus. However, the creature depicted is obviously an Elf. Just look at it. So, they changed its type to Elf. But in order to retain its functionality (and not just be a 3/3 with forestwalk itself), they then changed it to say "other" Elves.

So the answer is Elvish Champion doesn't give itself its bonus, and never did.
