is Warden of the Wall considered a creature card while its in the graveyard or in library if its not my turn?
is Warden of the Wall considered a creature card while its in the graveyard or in library if its not my turn?
No. Unless it's on the battlefield, Warden of the Wall isn't a creature card at all.

does it enter battlefield in opponent's turn as a creature or artifact? for example if I used Elvish Piper to put the Warden from my hand to the battlefield on opponents turn would it trigger a Soul Warden?
Yes, it would enter as a creature and trigger things accordingly.

Except for the part where Elvish Piper can't put Warden onto the battlefield.
That too.

why but u said it will enter as a creature so there should be no problem for elvish piper?
It will only be a creature as it enters the battlefield, and not a moment sooner. Here's the problem, though: Elvish Piper lets you put a *creature card* onto the battlefield from your hand.
Since Warden of the Wall is only an artifact card in your hand, it can't be put on the battlefield by this ability -- the fact that it would be a creature once on the battlefield is irrelevant.
