    You mean, "does tapping a Mountain" enchanted with Caustic Tar, right? Sine Sanctimony only triggers when a Mountain is tapped for mana.

    Regardless, the answer is this:Sanctimony only triggers if you tap a Mountain for mana. If you're tapping it to activate the ability granted by Caustic Tar, you are not tapping it for mana -- therefore, Sanctimony does not trigger. Simple enough, right?
