Crop Rotation and Braids

Could either of these cards target a wasteland, and then a player use the wasteland to destroy a land of their opponents? So does the sacrifice go on the stack?

Neither of those cards target anything. In Braids case, you just choose a permanent when the ability resolves, and it immediately gets sacrificed. In Crop Rotation's case, you choose a land to sacrifice as part of the cost to play it, and again, it immediately gets sacrificed. Either way, if the land you intended to sacrifice is gone before you actually sacrifice it, you'll just have to choose another land and sacrifice that instead.
