what if for example I have Moldgraf Monstrosity, Trinket Mage and Crafty Pathmage on the battlefield

someone casts day of judgment

will the mage and pathmage be included in the creatures that can be returned at random?

Yes, which is exactly why the Monstrosity can return them.

why is it different then the case here:
Evil Twin and Grimoire of the Dead

since the creatures die at same time as the Moldgraf monstrosity none of them will be in graveyard for Monstrosity to return?

Day of Judgment destroys everything. Everything goes to their owners' graveyards. Moldgraf Monstrosity triggers - at this ponit, everything is in graveyards. When the Monstrosity's ability resolves, you randomly choose two creatures to return. At this point, the creatures have been in the graveyards for quite a while.

The Evil Twin thing is different because you choose the creature to copy with Evil Twin just before Evil Twin comes into play. Since the Grimoire brings everything back all at once, those creatures aren't yet in play when you choose what to copy.
