    Default Armored Ascension Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 for each Plains you control flying

    Armored Ascension says that Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 for each Plains you control and has flying.

    If I dont control any plains do I still get the flying part?

    There are two separate parts to the bonus given by the Ascension - "+1/+1 for each Plains you control" and "flying". They are independant of each other.

    Besides which, even if you control no Plains, the bonus still applies. Just because it's giving +0/+0, doesn't mean it's not there.
