Depends what you mean by "a card".

Clone becomes a pretty much exact copy of whatever it's cloning - it gets its power and toughness, abilities, creature type, name, mana cost, everything. However, it does not copy the effects of any enchantment, equipment, or any other outside effects - just what's printed on the card.

Also note that counters, whether it be +1/+1 counters or otherwise, do not get copied.

    A 2/2 Raging Goblin with a +1/+1 counter copied with a Clone will produce a Clone'd 1/1 Raging Goblin.

Likewise, a Blastoderm copied by a Clone (note that Clone does not target, so shroud is irrelevant here) will instantly be sacrificed since Fade counters are not copied.

Wrong. Clone won't copy the original 'Derms counters - but it'll come into play with three fade counters of its own to use.

Also note that fading only makes you sacrifice the creature when the upkeep triggered ability resolves and you can't remove a counter, so even if it did have no counters, it wouldn't be sacrificed until your next upkeep.

to explain why: the clone does not copy any counters etc. on the creature he copies but he does compy any ability the card has and will trigger any come into play effects. with a creature that has fade, the come into play effect is to put as many fadecounter on the card as it has fading.
