If I cast Crown of Suspicion on Myr Sire then in response to it dieing I immediately sac the crown to give +2/-1 to other myrs, will the myr token also get this bonus and die or will it not get modifier since it wasnt on battlefield when I sacrificed the crown?

There is no in response to it dying, once your enchantment resolves, your myr dies, and you can't sac your enchantment until it has resolved. Catch 22.

You can't activate the Crown's ability until you have priority. Before you get priority, state-based actions have to be checked. They see a Myr with 0 toughness and put it into its owner's graveyard. They then see an Aura enchanting nothing, and put it into its owner's graveyard. Then you get priority, but by that point the Crown is already gone.
