yes it deals dmg cuz shroud doesnt take effect until creature is in play so it doesnt have shroud yet and then it gets damage and then it enters battlefield and shroud comes on and it cannot get damaged anymore

That's...that's completely wrong. Okay, not completely wrong - the creature does get damaged, but not because of the reason you said.

As soon as the creature hits play, it has shroud. There is no point in time where the creature is in play and doesn't have shroud. Æther Flash triggers upon the creature coming into play, so shroud is taking effect at that point. It's certainly taking effect when the Flash's ability resolves.

However, Æther Flash doesn't target anything, so shroud does nothing to stop it.
