Another celestial colonnade rules question magic

if i make celestial colonnade a creature the same turn I play it can it attack or does it have summoning sickness?

on one hand its a creature so it has summoning sickness maybe because i just played it

on the other hand since when i played it it was a land and it only became creature later then maybe summoning sickness don't apply?

Here's a good thing to keep in mind - every permanent has summoning sickness, but only creatures are affected by it.

So your Colonnade has summoning sickness when you play it, but since it's a land it doesn't matter. When you turn it into a creature, that sickness starts taking effect, so it can't attack (or tap for mana, for that matter).
