If I play a Mitotic Manipulation and currently on the battlefield I have a cryptoplasm which is a copy of a neurok commando (but the original creature is no longer on the battlefield) can I play a neurok commando if its one of the seven cards?

Yes. Cryptoplasm copies the Neurok Commando's name.
