    what happens when I lose control of creature after the attackers have been declared? does the creature still deal damage?

    No. Once a creature changes controllers, it's removed from combat, and is no longer attacking or blocking.

    if its before blocker step yet, could other player declare my own creature as a blocker?

    although most likely at that point, your creature would be tapped and would not be able to be chosen as a blocker (unless it has Vigilance, perhaps)
