Stinkdrinker Bandit rogue magic double strike combat question

If a Stinkdrinker Bandit enchanted with Battle Mastery attacks and is blocked by a 0/1 creature, after it kills it in the first attack does it get +2/+1 for the 2nd attack?

No. Once a creature has been blocked, it remains blocked all throughout combat. The Bandit won't get the +2/+1, and won't even deal any damage at all.

what if it had trample?

Then it would deal damage, but still not get +2/+1.
