quicken rules question next sorcery cast as flash magic

If I cast quicken in the beginning of my turn

then in my main phase I cast a sorcery - since I am casting it without needing it to have flash, does it use up the quicken or can I still cast a sorcery in the combat phase?

You've used up your Quicken as soon as you cast a sorcery.

Doesn't matter. You still cast it, and therefore used up your Quicken.
