Marker Beetles 1/1 creature attack die combat ability magic

I attack with Marker Beetles and a 1/1 creature

The beetle gets blocked by a 3/3 creature, and the 1/1 creature gets blocked by a 1/1 creature (so they both will die)

can I have the beetle go to graveyard first so that it saves the 1/1 creature from dieing?

If the creatures are dying from combat damage, they are put into the graveyard at the same time.

However, you can pay 2 and sacrifice the Marker Beetles after the blocks are declared, and give +1/+1 to your 1/1 which will probably save it.

Will it still deal damage to the creature blocking it if I sacrifice it?

I probably should have mentioned that, no it won't deal damage.
