Was wondering whats up with the Merseine
it says
"Any player may activate this ability, but only if he or she controls the enchanted creature."
so if only the controller of enchanted creature can pay that ability, its not exactly ANY player

Yes but if it's mind controlled then the controling player could pay for it, so the wording is needed.
ok but I still dont get it
because its never "Any Player" so why do they say that
its always only the controller of the creature
they could just say:
"Only the player who controls enchanted creature can activate this ability"
its like Burst of Speed would say:
All creatures gain haste. Only creatures you control can get this effect.
anyway this isnt a big deal but not sure why it says "ANY PLAYER" and then it says "NO NOT ANY PLAYER ONLY CREATURES CONTROLLER" instead of jsut saying "ONLY CREATURE'S CONTROLLER"
i think u need to stop and take a big breath
