Default does lifelink stack magic stacking lifelink faq

If I have two instances of lifelink on a creature (for example because of two allies entering play when I have a Talus Paladin out) do I gain double the amount of life?

No. Multiple instances of lifelink are redundant.

i checked and i think they actualy do stack

like look what it says here:
Does lifelink cumulative? > Rules Q&A > The Wizards Community

Each instance of Lifelink, or the very similar ability of Spirit Link, would trigger separately and give you life totally independently of the others. The net result is that, yes, these do have a cumulative effect.

Both lifelink and the ability of Spirit Link are triggered abilities that trigger and resolve independently. You'll gain twice the life.

Nope. That's an old ruling. This is why you use the current rulebook:
702.13e. Multiple instances of lifelink on the same object are redundant.
Also note that Spirit Link does not give lifelink - it's a different ability.

Yes. If it's worded "Whenever enchanted creature/equipped creature/this creature deals damage, you/its controller gains that much life", then it stacks.

Prolly cuz having multiple lifelink on a single creature would be overpowered

It wasn't overpowered at all. They changed it to be more intuitive. Under the old rules, for example, if you were at 2 life and were being attacked by two 2/2 creatures and controlled a 2/2 with lifelink, you would lose before you could gain the life back. Under the new rules, you'll gain the life back in time to stay in the game.

Same as the old version of lifelink - you won't gain life in time.
