    Default Kuldotha Rebirth and I have no artifact but I have stifle can I use that magic faq

    If I want to cast a Kuldotha Rebirth

    I dont have any artifacts but I do have a stifle

    can I stifle the first ability of kuldota rebirth ability so that I can cast it just for R without needing to sacrifice an artifact?
