Jace Beleren planeswalker first ability faq magic stifle other player draws card?

If I use first ability of Jace Beleren because I need to put two loyalty counters on it

and I have a stifle in my hand

can I stifle only the other player drawing a card while I still draw mine, or can I only just stifle the whole ability and noone gets to draw? (but I still get to put the 2 loyalty counters on jace right?)

You can Stifle the ability, but you can never only partially counter an ability - you either counter the whole thing (so no one gets to draw) or none of it (so everyone draws). Either way, Jace will get two counters.
