    Default Rustrazor Butcher wither rules mire blight magic destroy creature

    if a Rustrazor Butcher attacks and is blocked by a 4/4 creature enchanted with mire blight, is that creature destroyed?

    Yes. Damage dealt by something with wither is still damage - wither just changes the result of that damage.
