what is an ally ruling magic the gathering

I need to know what ally means in magic are all my creatures allies with each other or only if it says they are allies on the card

your creatures are only ally if they have the creature type ally. you will find the creature type between the artwork and the textbox. if it does not say ally there then they are not allies.

cards with changeling have all creature types and are thus also allies.

Yeah "Ally" can be confusing at times for new players, I think Poor choice of name for a creature type on Wizard's part
