    yes, because wrath doesn't target it. it would go to the grave so it gets shuffled back in.

    yes protection does not mean ignor everything. it does 3 things. stuff you have protection from can not target you, damage dealt from stuff you have protection from is prevented and creatures you have protection from can not block you.

    non of these applie to wrath. its obviously not a creature, it does not deal damage and since its a golbal effect it does not target thus hitting progenitus to the bin ... yeah 10/10 protection from everything is scary but its just as much fun to play Innocent Blood when he is the only creature your opponent has
