Default Magosi, the Waterveil Twiddle Rulings

say I have Magosi, the Waterveil which says:

    Magosi, the Waterveil
    Land
Magosi, the Waterveil enters the battlefield tapped.
T: Add U to your mana pool.
U, T: Put an eon counter on Magosi, the Waterveil. Skip your next turn.
T, Remove an eon counter from Magosi, the Waterveil and return it to its owner's hand: Take an extra turn after this one.

So lets say I tap it and pay U and add an eon counter (So I need to skip next turn).
But lets say that in the same turn I also play a twiddle ( Tap or untap target artifact, creature, or land.) and untap magosi. Now I tap magosi and remove the eon counter from it.

Will I get an extra turn?

Good question, There was a ruling just for this when Zendikar released.

10/1/2009: If you somehow activate Magosi's third and fourth abilities during the same turn, the effects will cancel each other out. The turn you skip is the next one you would take, which is the turn created by Magosi's fourth ability. It doesn't matter in which order the abilities resolved.
