Bad Lands ... thats the best way i feel i can answer the exact question asked. in fact it is the best dual land and the only one that should realy be called a dual land for that matter. there are several other highly playable (depending on format) lands that can produce r and b mana but the question was merely what is a good dual land.
what other black red dual lands are good I dont have that card
most people dont ;) it only saw printing in alpha, beta, unlimited and revised (+ if you want to count that summer magic but lets not talk about 1000$ + costing lads shall we).
a revised bad lands costs about 20 $
